The Project includes preparation of detailed and as build design, procurement of all the equipment and materials, construction, commissioning, training of client’s personnel and other post-construction services for the high and low voltage systems, HVAC systems, and mechanical (Portable and wastewater, drainage and firefighting) systems.
ELECTRICAL:

HVAC:
Central A/C system consists of 3nos of 30Tons Chillers units, Chilled water pump station, Fan coil units’ system and Split Units system.

NNPC TOWERS
HVAC REFURBISHMENT & BMS IMPLEMENTATION

Project characteristics: Replacement of 14 Chillers ( 385TR/Each ) and 85 Air Handling Units AHUs connected to the chiller units in all floors of the towers.
Implementation with Variable Frequency Drivers, room Variable Air Diffusers and Building Management System for HVAC, Pumps, Main electrical Panels and UPSs.
The main objective of the project is to produce improved air quality, reduce power consumption and monitor and control the system from a control room.
The project Includes surveillance, design, procurement and installation, commissioning, training of client’s personnel and other post-construction services.
